Choose Your Path
Seed — $150 (3 sessions, $50 each) Short-term support or a check-in. Individual/telehealth sessions, priority scheduling, self-care tools.
Grow — $270 (6 sessions, $45 each) For working toward specific goals. Same as above, plus group wellness workshops.
Flourish — $360 (9 sessions, $40 each) For deep healing and consistent growth. Same as above, plus a personal journal, a complimentary check-in after your final session, and a Skillz on Wheelz T-shirt.
Cultivate — ongoing For clients continuing beyond 9 sessions. Flexible monthly continuation of care, maintaining momentum and support long-term.
