SOW's mission is to sow seeds of hope into the community through Christ-centered principles. We are dedicated to the healing and restoration of the family by offering mental health resources to individuals with limited health care access. 

We provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions. 

Services are at no cost to the clients. Donations are accepted.

Sessions can be up to one hour in length.

Depending on the needs of the client, 3-6 sessions are permitted over a three-month period.

Everyone providing services for SOW are licensed therapists or under supervision. We also provide state certified case managers. SOW also uses interns for clinical observations. 

On SOW, we will have rotating therapists who work certain days and hours. There is a possibility that a client can see a different therapist according to which day or time they book.

After completing the final session, we will review the clients' progress and offer referrals to outside mental health services with our Tulsa Black Mental Health Alliance partner agencies or another mental health organization in our community. 

All booking for SOW is done online and can be found under the "BOOK WITH US" tab.

All appointments need to be cancelled online at least 24 hours before the client's appointment, or the client can call the office at (918) 764-8067.

One of our missions at SOW is to provide quality mental health services at no cost to the community, but we also have to respect the time of our employees and therapists. If a client cancels their appointment after the 24-hour grace period or is a no-call no-show, we reserve the right to charge a $25 inconvenience fee to the present card on file.

The client must complete all intake forms before their first session. The intake forms are found through the client portal after requesting an appointment.

Unfortunately, no kids are allowed unless services are being rendered.

No, SOW is to introduce clients to mental health while assisting them with any struggles they may be facing (ex. trauma, depression, anxiety, etc.)

SOW will be in the community five days a week.
